Calling by Name

This feature allows you to search for the number of an

internal user by typing in at least 2 characters of the

name or initials on the alphabetic keypad.

If the characters entered correspond to a surname:

Name

If the characters entered correspond to the initials of

the first name and surname:

Initia

If the characters entered correspond to a surname

followed by a first name:

Name&F

To cancel the operation and quit:

Cancel

Once the relevant search has been carried out, the

display will show the first name found. If more than one

possible name matches the characters entered, the display

indicates that there are further names (i.e. 01/03).
